Born in Palembang on August 18^th 1972, Sumadi was appointed as President Commissioner of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk. through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on May 10 2023. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Management from Diponegoro University, Semarang. He started his career with WIKA since 1994 and some of his previous positions include General Manager of Accounting & Tax Department of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. (2014-2022), Manager of Accounting & Tax Bureau of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. (2020-2020), and Manager of Finance Bureau of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. (2018-2020). He has no affiliation either to other members of the Board of Directors and/or Commissioners, or to Shareholders.

Born in Yogyakarta on April 23^th 1973, Suli Fatimah is a Commissioner based on the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on 10 May 2023. She earned a master's degree in Psychology from Tarumanegara University in 2018. She started her career with WIKA since 1997 and some of her previous positions include Senior Vice President of Human Capital of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. in 2023 - 2023, Senior Manager of Human Experience Dept. of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. in 2023 - 2023, and Head of Human Capital Division of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk in 2020 - 2023. He has no affiliation either to other members of the Board of Directors and / or Commissioners, or to Shareholders.

Born in Jakarta on October 28^th 1960, Danis Hidayat Sumadilaga is a commissioner appointed based on the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on 10 May 2023. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1985; Master of Engineering Science from New South Wales University, Australia in 1990; and Doctorate Degree in Strategic Management from University of Indonesia in 2016. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the IKN Development Task Force - Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) in 2021-2023; Advanced Trainer of Civil Servants (Widyaiswara Ahli Utama) in Human Resources Development - PUPR in 2012-2023; and Director General of the Directorate General of Cipta Karya, PUPR in 2018 - 2020. He is not affiliated with the Directors and/or other members of the Board of Commissioners, or to Shareholders.

Born in Jakarta on October 28^th 1971, Joseph Prajogo is Independent Commissioner of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk. He received his Bachelor in Accounting, Universitas Atmajaya in 1990-1995, and Asian Institute of Management Phillipine (2010-2011). Previously, Joseph Prajogo served as Director at PT Nusantara Khasanah Indonesia (2011), and Director at PT Pandu Tunggal Permana (2011-2017). He is now a Director at PT Petro Inovasi Indonesia (2017-now). He has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Directors and/or Commissioners, nor with the Shareholders.

Born in Jakarta on February 16th, 1966, Taufan Gestoro is an Independent Commissioner of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk based on the Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders on 29 February 2024. He is a graduate of Military Academy in 1990, Command and Staff College in 2008, and Defence Strategic Study AWC Australia 2018. Previously, he served as the Indonesian Military Attaché in Australia 2012-2015, Deputy Assistant of Defence for Intelligence & Foreign Relations 2020, Military Resort Commander 173/PVB in Biak, Papua 2021, Director 'D' in the Indonesian National Armed Forces Strategic Intelligence Agency (BAIS TNI) 2022, and Chief Assistant of the BAIS TNI 2023. He has served as a Commander of the Security Intelligence Task Force at the 42nd Asean Summit in 2023 in Labuan Bajo NTT.
